3-4 lb elk roast
2 Tbsp. soy sauce
1 Tbsp. Worchestershire sauce
1 tsp. garlic powder
½ tsp. seasoned salt
1 pkg. dry onion soup mix or 1 sliced onion
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 cup water
Place elk roast in crockpot. Pour soy sauce and Worcestershire sauce on top of roast. Sprinkle on garlic powder, seasoned salt and dry onion soup mix or sliced onion. Mix mushroom soup and water and pour on top. Cook on low 8 to 10 hours.
